^^ If he had a helms he wouldn't be asking here, why are you always asking people to search instead of helping out? Do something productive with your time.

He's asking for the link, which would have wasted your time just as much is it did writing your reply.
Here it is man, I hope this is what you're looking for:

Point being, this is best done with the assistance of the Helm's manual. OP, you can buy it at www.helminc.com, it's the best purchase you can make for your car.

Most will be around $800-$1k; about 70% of that is labor. If you don't mind putting the work into it, it's surprisingly not that bad.

Its not that bad bro. The most annoying part will be getting the crank pulley bolt off. Other than that its not that bad (I'm actually doing mine right now). Try to save yourself some money and go for it. Here is another write-up that helps:

And if you want to do the auto ---> manual tensioner conversion:

At my local Honda dealer they were charging me 325 for timing belt change. This is just for the timing belt. + any other parts that need changing. I was surprised on the quote he gave me, but thats what he gave me.

You should go through the link over and over until it sticks to your head, then go get that parts, that's what I do if I decide to do something on my own, good luck!

What was the total price for parts? If you spent more than ~$200, you got raped.

What the diagram doesnt say is to put the timing belt on first, align the timing, and then compress the auto tensioner and slide it in. BTW I did this on a sunday and dealer was closed for me to get a compressed holder tool...so I made my own custom one, and it worked perfect.

I will be attempting my first timing belt change this weekend. Majestic Honda was the cheapest, even with my discount at my local Honda they wanted $650 just for parts. You guys think my parts are over kill lol? Well I have a small oil leak coming from the timing part of my engine, i hear the belt flopping around at times, and its about time my lude gets the tender love and care she deserves!

Let me know if I am forgetting any parts!

Price is a little over kill but you'll be happy in the long run cause everything's Geniune OEM parts.

At this point, I would definitely recommend you to do an H23 manual tensioner conversion and get rid of the Auto Tensioner as it tends to fail over time and cost you around 80-120 depending where you get it from. After the conversion, you will never have to worry about the Auto Tensioner when you replace the t-belt in the future. If you search, there's thread on what you need to complete the conversion and to go about the installation.

Good Luck!

Yea I guess I need to do the conversion. I found the kit for $89, but I am not sure if the belts will still fit or if I have to get h23 belts.

IRP list the parts as all genuine, anyone have experience with their kit?
