Default screw the minime time for something different.

well screw the mini me. wouldn't run right and ended up bending valves. i have another head but i dont wanna install it. so im gonna buy a integra in maybe a month and swap a b16 or b18 into the sedan. and im gonna put the d15b7 back together and install it in the integra if it isn't that hard, so i can sell the teg as a full car. has anyone put a d series into an integra?

Anyone who would want an Integra would rather have the engine-less chassis, than to buy an Integra with a D-series in it (unless it's an older Integra that came with a D-series). Seriously, unless it's some stupid high school kid who just wants to car to run and drive, you're not going to make much money off of selling it with a slow B7 in there. Why don't you just buy the engine, transmission, ecu, shiftlinkage, and mounts/brackets; and put them in your Civic, rather than buying an entire car just to get all that stuff? It would probably be cheaper to do it that, or at the very least the same amount. And then you could just sell the B7 (transmission & ECU) to someone else.

well theres a couple cars for sale here between $500-700 and i can atleast drive them to see if the engine/transmission is ok. instead of taking a gamble on a motor someone has lying in their garage.

If you go with a DA, you're going to have a problem with the transmissions. The '90-'93 Integras have a cable shifted transmission, where your Civic has a hydraulically shifted transmission. So to do what you want, you'd need to get a hydro B-series transmission for the Civic and a cable D-series transmission for the Integra, or you'd need to buy a conversion mount kit for BOTH cars. Not to mention that '90-'91 Integras are OBD0 and your car is OBD1, so you'd at least need to find an OBD1 B-series ECU for the Civic and an OBD0 D-series ECU for the Integra.

the only way u could possibly even get away wit sohc in integra... is Zc-vtec in a Dc like the DC1 n still it would only appeal 2 a select few. but a b7 in a Da.... no.

CivicSpoon had the right idea, jus find a complete swap, if u do ur homework u can get it fairly cheap.
