Default Opinions on Ctr Trans

Hi guys I'm currently doing a gsr swap in my civic and I was offered a ctr trans in place of my Gsr trans with lsd... I have no experience with either of these trannys and I was wondering if anyone had some actual experience with them that could shed some light on the good and the bad. Thanks

i had one in my b16 swapped 98 coupe it was fun but at around 100kms 60mph it reved around 4000rpm, it was fun and quick still had it to 220ish kph, now i have a 95 hatch with just the normal b16 trans no lsd and what a huge difference it revs around 3000rpm at 110kph. and feels slower on take off, but in al reality booth cars were pretty equal (bought the hatch from a friend) although the coupe did weigh something like 400lbs heaver.
