Default TPS is NOT getting voltage.. 0 at multimeter, 0% on datalogs

I am really confused at this point.. I just finished installing my 780cc injectors and the car was running like ****. So I look at datalogs, idle is at 19.9 AFR, this is a tune JD did for someone else on a similar setup, so I decided to make my own basemap in crome gold.. still no good. then I notice the TPS says 0% when i rev it up in the logs.. check the voltage and I get 0 volts at any position.

So, I've checked the actual wire all the way to the ecu, and it's good. I tested it by grounding a 9volt battery on one end meeting the sensor and checked it at D11 on the ecu side.. it's all good.

Not sure what to do at this point.. I tried another ECU and TPS .. what now???

What year? If you are saying that the ECU does not supply 5 reference volts to the TPS, then the ECU is likely bad. Have you checked the VCC2 wire?

I just tested voltage between the green/black and yellow/blue and i only got .25v

where is the VC2 wire? I don't have the workshop manual right now

how exactly can i test for 5v from the ecu? I tested D11 and got nothing

Sounds like the wire that sends the reference voltage (5V) from the ECU to the TPS is bad. What year?

Unplug the TPS connector. Turn the key to ON(II). You should measure 5V from the TPS connector terminal for the YEL/BLU wire to body ground. If not, check the YEL/BLU wire for continuity or a short between the TPS connector and pin D10 of ECU connector D.
