Should never bragged how little has been wrong!
Basically have no daytime running lights. When you turn on headlights have no high beams and only low beams. Bulbs are good. If you start van with lights off in low beam positon a relay(I think) in upper left behind dash squeals. Click the dimmer switch to high beam and it stops but no daytime running lights.
Now here is where it gets weird. If you hold the flash high beam switch on as you turn on the headlights you get one high beam to come on but it is not always the same light, and then when you switch to low beams they come on but it seems like it is actually daytime running lights( dimmer than normal I think) but high beams won't come back on until the van has been shut off for a while.
..One other thing if you are on arough road and shake the van a bit the daytime running light indicator light while flash with every bump.


Is it a ground problem ? I'm stuck on this one
