Default Integra GSR OBD2 verification: OBD2a or OBD2b???????

Well, I was looking into the Greddy turbo kit, and I found this link which states that if a car is 2000 or less, then the Greddy turbo kit will work since the ecu isn't an OBD2b unit. Here's the article:

So what's the deal?

2000 is the transition point for Integras.

98 and 99, OBD2A
00 and 01, OBD2B

How this applies to turbo kits, I can't say. Either way though, OBD2 Integras are SOL for tuning options if remaining OBD2 is needed.
