IACV 3 WIRE TO 2 WIRE NOT WORKING

OK IVE DONE THE 3 WIRE TO 2 WIRE IACV. BUT IM IT DOESNT SEEM TO WORK, IT DOESNT IDLE RYTE. WEN I CHECK THE WIRES I GET POWER FROM THE YELLOW BUT NOT FROM THE BLUE. IS THE BLUE SUPPOSE TO BE GROUND?

Did you swap the pins at the ECU? But Yes I'm pretty sure that's the ground.

Is the CEL on? Are you sure the IACV itself isn't bad? Have you tried cleaning it?

might not be the iacv. it could be something else. Also like R666_EK stated...is there a Check Engine Light?

YEA, WEN I CHECK IT WITH THE SCANNER IT SAYS P1509. but ima try cleaning it.

I CLEANED AND IT SEEMS THE SAME. BUT CANT I JUST USE THE Y7 INTAKE MANIFOLD ON THE Z6??????
