car hasn't been drivin for a week prior to last sunday the 6th. On sunday i turned the car on in the morning and turned it off within 10 seconds because my cousin decided to want to drive so i said w/e and we just took his car.

And today june 10th wednesday afternoon was when i started it up again

- the car turned on right when i turned the key hella fast. This doesn't seem normal
- the rpm kicked up to 1.5 in an instant when more normal idle in the morning or cold is always 2k
- car sounded like a subbie for like 10 sec very deep and loud rumbling like at each exhaust pulse
- smelt like horrendous burning for a while
- exhaust wasn't blowing out black clouds, normal smoke

i have no idea whats going on, it only lasted shortly and after that everything is normal Itook it to a good shop and we found nothing because everything was normal.

this is just odd so decided to post to find if anyone had this b4

did you hit some water? i never had this issue with my teg, but in my jeep i did. when i'd go offroading, and hit a huge hole of water, it would make a gurgle sound, and then it would smell funny for a bit, but then it was ok. just an idea.

 

what kind of motor whats done

 

water in the gas was my guess as well.

 

no i was no where anywhere near going over water

and its a stock gsr motor w/ header and intake thats it for the motor bay
