Replacing trailing arm bushings?
Haven't had the great pleasure of changing these on any honda yet let alone my R.. Anyone with any direct knowledge about changing these, tricks tips anything to help the job would be nice.. Also have no idea what to buy stock or aftermarket.. All I can tell you guys are the ones in there now make god awful noises.. Tried to spray them with lube but haven't been able to drive yet...
Thanks
Thanks
They will need to be pressed in with a press. Kinda a pita to get out if its really in there, but easy to get in with a press. Be sure to get an alignment afterward.
I recommend these, my friend put these on his car and they work pretty well.

Here you go

Also if it's the first time, grab some PB blaster from your local autoparts store and soak up all the bolts to be removed before you start. This could save you from having to drill out seized/broken bolts during the process.
