you can prolly go to autozone or auto parts store and get some kind of "engine cleaner" that you put it with your oil or something....but i dont think you can clean the engine without putting oil in it...unless you tear apart the whole motor and do it that way.

 

If I were you I'd put new oil in there, let the car run for 5-10 minutes after it warms up and then change the oil again.

 

concurrence....change the filter also.

 

add a little SeaFoam with the new oil. and also like civicdriver said, run it for about 10 minutes then drain the oil and add new oil and filter.
