There is a warning that goes off when the stop/horn fuse blows
that may be the problem..
Does your horn work?
Got brake lights?

ya my horn works havent checked my brake lights yet, i was drivin for a while with the wires under the seat disconected and no warning light came on
I have the same damn problem! I had to cut the car off and start it again everytime the passenger side door is open. What would make this go off? My seat belt light works and 2 lights above the mirror works just fine.
i unplugged the beaping thing above the rear view mirror and just the light on my cluster flashes and i got into my car today and all of a sudden it just stopped flashing and i did nothing real weird

the plugs inside your door panel that connects to your seatbelt thing or motor whtver you called that thing might of gone bad. take your door panel off and check for a loose connection. wiggle the plugs on the seat belt while the car is running to see if that triggers it.
