GSR Intake Manifold cleaning question
Today was my dayoff, which its yesterday now. Just hit 12am in PST 30 mins ago. So I did few tune ups myself and also bought the spray intake/throttle body cleaner from Kragen. The process of cleaning it, 10 sec spray and 10 sec wait time, repeat the same process until the can runs out from the directions. I had to keep the idle going when I was spraying, so I had to manully adjusting idle from throttle. One of the sprays I did was a bit much and the idle was dying then I pulled the throttle a bit harder and sucked in plastic tube into the throttle and released it right away and throttle closed and caught it. But it cut a tiny piece of plastic tube and went into intake manifold ( about size of an ant). I know it could have gone into valve or maybe its burned before that. Do you guys think thats bad or its ok?
If you are real **** about your car, change the oil. You don't wan burnt up plastic particles in the oil.
Whne I clean my tb/manifold, I change the oil within 50 miles.
Doesn't hurt anyways to do it.
