Just posting some newer pictures of my progress so far. I started down the dark side when I first worked on my civic and got flammed hard when I posted about two months ago. All the work I did myself. Not bad for someone that just started a couple months ago learning about civics. The first time I posted I had a fire extinguisher and everything and got called a mobile fire fighter. I need rims and tires bad so if anybody has any suggestions, let me know. Also, should I get some kind of side skirt. The lip makes the front look hella low. I have ground control coilovers, but i'm waiting on some shocks before I put them on. Need a header bad too. Please forgive the white painted interior stuff and the painted valve cover, I did it and got flamed already, but theirs no turning back on that now. Anyway, it's not much, but it's progress. If it looks to bad, don't flame too hard, I got the fury already...

yea, tripod pictures don't show outside of tripod, that's why i put the links. Sucks. Thanks though. As far as wheels, I was looking at these: in black or white.

 

they'd look great in bronze or silver on your car...black will look odd and white on white is kinda iffy...depends on what else you have done to your ride. go with silver and you'll be happy.

You should paint your clear tail lights half red. I think that would look good. I say you just color match your factory side skirts and moldings and lower the car. Then you car would look hell of nice.

 

 

Ha ha, you put my stock tail light back on. I knew it was comming. The wheels look good thought. Amber corners arn't bad either.

Thanks, that vent thing was my attempt to remove the white paint from the stuff on the interior. I started with the vent and realized that I couldn't remove the paint, so I gave up. Lesson to all the new people, When these guys say don't paint your interior because you will hate it later, "LISTEN TO THEM!!!"

Not really, I changed my car because I didn't like the way it was looking already, and these guys kinda confirmed my thoughts on how it looked. I didn't know a lot when I did that stuff and I thought that was how a civic was supposed to moded, but now, I know enought to know what's out there and what I like.

 

Why not try to paint the vents grey again. Just sand the white down a little and buy grey plastic paint and get to work.

 

I'll try that but it will be hard as hell to sand the vent slots...

Thanks for the photoshop work. Ha ha, you dropped that car hella low. The mudflaps are like dragging on the ground!!

 

I think i'm going with silver wheels cause I feel you about how white and black one's look wierd. I don't know, the white one's don't look that bad. Not the slipstreams though, maybe those kosei wheels in white or silver.
