If you have to ask where the TCM is in an Integra, you probably don't want to attempt to do this yourself; it's fairly complex. Go to boomslang.com and they can fix you up with a plug and play harness that uses the Teg TCM to run the trans.

Theres somewhere in the neighborhood of around 40 wires to run for a teg automatic TCM, some of them run to the ECU, some to the transmission and some to other places. Its a lot easier to just swap to a 5 speed if you can't get a premade harness. If you do want to wire it up yourself pick up an Integra factory service manual and start checking out wiring diagrams.
