Default Can I add a defogger to rear window?

Hello Everyone,

I'm about the purchase an 03 S2K where owner had his conv top slashed. He purchased an aftermarket one, which appears to be of good quality, but it came without the defoggerr embedded or glued on it.

Is there anyway to attach a defogger to it? Can you buy just the glass window from the dealer?

Thanks.

I think you can find just the glass window, in fact I have one I could sell you. But it has to be sewn into the top which would require removing the top. I have never heard of anyone actually doing this. You can't just add defroster to your current glass.

That being said, defrost can't be that important...

Well, it is important if you're trying to make sure there's no cops behind you on the freeway! Once I get the car, maybe I'll take you up on the window...

try it - ac on and max heat - it's only a small cabin, so it clears pretty quickly - depending on if it's ice etc. of course..

You would be surprised! It's a small cabin after all...
