Default please read new to site and need help

hello,i have a 94 ex civic i have had two gsr's in it the first one i sucked water in and blew two holes through the block.i now have a newer engine in it and i have had it for awhile i have hadmy engine cleaned out (c-foamed) it's where all the bad stuff is flushed out of the engine and i got it back and it ran amazing but then the next day i noticed my tempature gauage was on h and i had been driving on that for about 2 miles before i noticed i immediatly stopped and sure enough i had no radiator fluid because of a whole in one of my radiator hoses so i replaced the hose and but the fluids back in but ive noticed ever since then my car has not been running the same AT ALL it feels like im driving a sohc non vtec engine my vtec still kicks in but when it does white smoke comes pouring out my *** im burning oil badly and the engine has lost almost all of it ***** what could this be? if you have anawnser please tell me. thanks

head gasket. do a compression test to start.

thats what i was thinking but if it isnt that could it be the piston rings fried? because i doubt i have any back pressure to my engine i have a huge greddy cannon on it

white smoke means there is coolant entering you combustion chambers. as far as burning oil, how many miles on the engine? & are you also leaking oil.

i would say around 80k and yes it hashad an oil leak from the oil pan
