I'm going to be running a holset turbo for some good Hp(400) at the track, and like a low boost setting on the street. Now i;ve heard good and bad things about the cast maifolds vs log manifolds for example spoolin performance. (Not that i heard bads things about spoolin. just using the log style as an example)

I just dont know which one to get. Cast is durable, but dont flow all that great. And a log is ok, but limited to big hp power, and i heard could maybe crack over time because of it being a daliy driver. I know if i could i would get a ramhorn, but i only have like $300 bucks to spend.


Need some help.
