emissions and i jus dont wanna use obd 1..i dont wanna be taking out injectors and ecu and o2s evey yearfor emissions..ok wat if im on a budget but i wont settle for obd1 wats teh next thing i can do..piggybacks?
ok you don't need all that, all you need is a obd-II to obd-I jump harness and an obd-I ecu and if you really wanna stay obd-II I got an edelbrock piggy back for 96-00 civics for sale pm me if interested but yea all you gotta do is get a jump harness and leave everything else alone, and make sure you get a chipped p28 so you could tune it in the future
It's not that simple. Your stock ECU won't be tuned so you could damage your motor. If you want to switch to your stock ECU you will have to use a piggy back or something in order to pass emissions.

stop. dont turbo your car any further until you've learn more about tuning and fuel management. If you take short cuts, you wont have a motor next year to even do an emissions test with.
