RECENTLY BOUGHT A RHD JDM INTEGRA XSI 1991...PICS UP SOON..
HAD A FEW PROBLEMS WITH IT..RADIO NOT WORKIN.NO TACHOMETER AND NO HEAT FANS WORKING...ANY WAY SORTED THE RADIO(OLD RADIO WAS BROKE)..AND THE BLUE WIRE GOIN INTO THE DIZZY WAS CUT!!HENCE NO REV SIGNAL..

MY PROBLEM NOW IS THE HEAT I HAVE NONE..CAR RUNS AT NORMAL TEMP..
ALL THE INSTRUMENTS LIGHT UP JUST THE FANS DONT BLOW ANY AIR AT ALL???

Just to verify, you have no heat to the cab from the air vents?

If so my guess would be that the heater core was removed. If air isn't moving at all then the blower motor is bad / or bad wiring, it's on the passenger side right against the firewall from the engine bay.
