Default B18 turbo build questions..

My current future plans is a B18 N/A build. I love and have way more respect for N/A setups. I may throw a bottle on that too.. But lately Ive been thinking what if I went turbo? I have a few questions, please bare with me.

I want to use Japan made turbos like HKS or Greddy. HKS dont make kits for the B18. Most people just buy kits like Full-race, Rev-Hard, etc in which it has pretty much everything you need. How much of a hassle would it be to just buy everything individually? Ive been also thinking out buying a kit and later swapping the parts and selling others.

Another questions is what Kinda of cams be best? If I went turbo Id be aiming 400 hp+, also keep in mind its a daily driver. Can I use Toda Cs? They were for my original plans for the all motor build.

Sorry if it seems like Im making this difficult. Any help be appreciated.

Also the car is an EF8(crx)

you should consider what kind of budget you are working with. then you would be able to decide, skunk2 cams, crower cams, blox cams. i know they are close, but they are different. are you planning on keeping stock internals? are you using the ls motor, or the gs motor? if you are looking at using the ls setup, there is a thread in the forced induction forum for ls/turbo engines. alot of people run stock engines, some not so much. lots of information can be found in there.

This is all future plannning stuff. Ive wanted to stay all motor but been thinkin bout turbo lately. But it wouldnt be an inexpensive budget. Since IM wanting to use Japanese Turbos. If not HKS or Greddy then Ill just stick with Full-race.
