Default Alternator help

Hey everyone. I did a search but it didnt help because it seems no one else has this problem. Im trying to replace my alternator and I can not get the damn thring free. I have all the connections off, all the bolts off but i cant get the bottom bolt out of the alternator. It will pivot back and forth freely but the damn bolt will not come out of there. If anyone can give me some pointers on how to do this i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Try a hammer and a slightly smaller bolt to force it out of the hole? This is assuming you have completely removed it from the threads and it still wont slide out.

yeah if you've already got it out of the thread, just get something to push the bolt out from the other end while rotating the bolt. get some grease on there too

Heat and BFH!

The way I did mine was to disconnect the bracket from the engine block by removing the two bolts. Then you can remove it and apply heat and hammer.
