Default Help not getting any fuel!!!

k, here its is its a 92 DX with OBD 1 LS swap, this swap was in the car before i pulled it out just to put it back in becasue someone f'ed out on buying the shell, so i put it back in and then everything was good, hooked up and doulbed checked. then it didn't start and i wasn't getting any fuel. so i replaced the starter and yes its cranks over now, but still not getting any fuel. i checked and replaced the fuel pump and still nothing. all the fuels lines and what not are still good. so i guess thats where my question comes in how can i fix this. also i believe its not a ground issue, but i'll double check that as well, but any ideas or tip to getting fuel and getting it to run would be very greatful... thanks and forgot to mention yes have gas in the tank thats brand new and not old.

what you need to do is check the fuses and make sure none are blown.. then you need to check the pgm-fi main relay make sure its getting and sending power.. check the injectors for power with the key in the "run" position.. if your geting power there then one half of it is good.. then go to the relay and check the blue w/white tracer wire for voltage while your cranking the engine.. if you have power then check thre green w/yellow tracer and you should read 0 volts while cranking

dumb question but if i changed out the main relay with a working one, and its still the same would that mean its not a main relay probelm then? i know i'm getting power from there checked it and injectors and everything is getting power as well, all fuse is still good, just no fuel, no prime no nothing, i guess i'll have to doube check and do that Murk'EM

thanks everyone, but still plz feel free to chime in on this probelm i've got, really want this car to run its killing me!

iv got the same problem.. but if you heave power at the injectors then you know that the pcm side of the relay is working and you also know that your getting voltage to the pcm.. if your getting voltage on the "fuse" side of the relay then you know your fuse is good and your getting power to it.. if your getting 0volts at the "ground side of the relay then you know everything is in working order.. now if one of those places dont show what i said they should be showing then you found your problem

Does the CEL remain on when you turn the key to ON(II)?

If the fuel pump doesn't prime and fuses 31, 24, and 18 are fine, then focus on the main relay. 5th gen Civics have notoriously bad main relays that can be fixed by resoldering or by replacing.
