Help - Shift Linkage Stabilizer Bar
I just finished a B18 swap into my 93 hatchback..
When I was tightening in the shifter linkage stabilizer bar, the bolt tourqued off. Whats the best way to fix this?
I thought about using a stripped screw remover, but have never had luck with those. Can I just pull the stud out of the tranny and replace it?
Any help will be appreciated

Do you mean the bolt that goes into the transmission? If so, that depends on how much of the bolt is left. You may be able to get vise grips on it after you remove the bar. Also it depends on if you just overtightened it, or cross threaded it.
There isn't enough left on the bolt to grab it with vice grips, its pretty much flush with the mount..
The bolt is about half way in, It was going in fine so I'm positive its not cross threaded, got stuck then snapped off.

Worst case is you drill it out and install a insert.
If you need to drive it, you should be ok. How much HP you making? If stock, I'd say no biggy.

I don't know how it would've got "stuck" but what I would do would be to drill a small hole in the bolt and use an easy out. Other than that, there really isn't any other way if it is broke flush in the transmission. Good luck!
Yeah the B18 is stock and will probably stay that way.
I will try drilling into it and using an easy out.
