Default Hard to get into gears when on.

B18b
Exedy stg1 beaten on for a while.
ACT street lite flywheel
...all else stock.

Issue:
Just recently started becoming VERY hard to go into gear (while engine is on) When off every goes through gears like butter. No visible leaks in master or slave. Haven't really checked much beyond that. Tranny was off recently and pressure plate looked okay from the outside.

Any suggestions as to what's causing this?

I thought so as well when my friend said it might be the disc.

Everything's going through my head right now and the last thing I want to do right at this time is drop the tranny unless I have to. That's why I'm askin' if there's any "rock solid" opinions on what it might be. I'll check on all that before dropping the trans.
