like the title says,
i dont know what to do, either adjust the valves or something,
i have searched and nothing. just need to know what to do asap, i need the car by 10:30 am.
its leaking on the first cylinder closet to the driver side

If the valve is bent you will need to replace it. Otherwise you can adjust the valves and it should be good to go unless the valve and other parts are worn out.

 

all i know is there is oil in the cylinder and i cant tell if the valve bent, plus my spark plug is a lil bent

 

i guess my valve is bent and have to fix it in the near future.

 

It seems more likely that the valve stem seal is bad. If the valve is bent, then you would have low cylinder compression. Have you compression tested the cylinders?

Compression is fine. Check the valve seals for cylinder #1.

and the adapter is still in there and i cant get it out and i think i striped the threads
