Icon3 NEED SOME SERIOUS HELP PLEASE with wire tuck!!!!!!

Whats going on so i Bought a 1998 civic dx hatch with a b16 a2 with a shitty wire tuck from my friend he had it for a year now and drove it with vacuum leaks evrywhere and didnt know anything at all he just wanted a honda cause he thought it be awsome lol i bought it an d it was idling at like 1500 and surged from there all the way up to 3000 rpms
so i bought it from him around 3000$ and so far i did this but i cant get it to run right

1. I plugged the crusise control and charcoal cannister vacuums on the manifold and now its idling from 500 to 900 but still is surging and sometimes gets stuck at around 2000
2. I replaced the brake vacuum and fuel regulator vacuum
3.I replaced my IAC valve
4. I also replaced my thermostat timing belt and water pump when i did this i unplugged the battery and the car was acting funny it would hit rev limiter at 6800 but after like 35 miles of driving it it wouldnt redline there anytmore and would redline at the right rpms
5.I did an entire tune up sparkplugs and wires didnt touch the cap and rotor
6. I took it to Autozone and im throwing out like 8 codes when i bought it havnt taken back yet
P1259 VTEC system malfunction
P0325 Knock sensor cicuit Malfunction
P0505 Iac valve bad picking up too high or low of idle speed (i replaced this but nothing happened)
P1457 Evap system emission control leak detected(the guy who my friend bought it from took out the charcoal cannister)

P0113 IAT sensor circuit high voltage
P0141 secondary HO2s12 circuit heater malfunction
P0139 secondary HO2s12 circuit slow respnse

I just need some serious help its not my first honda i had a 2gen GSR and also a 95 Eg i swapped the motor on this car but i never ****ed around with taking out emissions and ****
Please help me Thank you

Installing the proper wire harness seems like the highest priority. Are all the sensors at least hooked up?

CEL code P0505 probably means you still haven't fixed all of the vacuum and intake air leaks. You might want to check the IM and throttle body gaskets.

I have a 99 ex civic, and i am using a p2t as well. I am also using the stock engine harness for the 1.6 SOHC. I am running fine. I dont think its a harness unless your engine harness has been hacked and cut up to ****... then well get a new one. just inspect it all for any shorts loose ground or cuts or splices into the wires . . .

You can use the si harness, as a matter of fact I would use it if I were you. The only thing you would have to do is repin the green plug that plugs up to your under dash because if you dont nothing will light up and your cluster wont work. If you use the 96 98 harness youll have to use a jumper to use your ecu or repin the ecu plugs. Plus if you use the si harness everything will plug up on the engine.
