Default tuned numbers still low

well i got tuned a few weeks ago. i am just wondering y i am down on power and trying to get a few ideas on how to make it more efficient id like to be able to make alittle more.
it was hot the day i got tuned and my car was getting high iat and blew every vac source i had on it off but after i fixed that things went smooth. the turbo was pulling hot air from the fan but i expected more from 18-22 psi the car did trap 117 tho. so i guess my options are to try to add a pipe and filter to the turbo even tho i dont have much room or clock the turbo i was trying to stay away from this cause i would need a new downpipe but if its gotta be done ill do it. just looking for ideas and suggestions.

set up
81.5 mm ls block and crank
cp pistons 9.7.1
eagle rods

head
omni valve springs and retainers
gsr cams
stock intake manifold (victor x will be next )

peakboost ftw ac kit
57 trim 82a/r

s300 with pwm boost control.

lol, i am running the peakboost ftw ac kit with a 57 trim 62 ar and i made only 260 on 16 psi on 93 octane. this was a few months ago and i came to the conclusion it was a mixture of a couple things

1)the wastegate in the kit dumps right under the intake of the turbo
2)the intake is also pointed right in front of the radiator
3)in my case i was running a mishimoto aka JUNK intercooler

for me....i think it was the combination of sucking in hot air combined with the inefficiency of the intercooler causing such low number.

im about to go back to the dyno in a couple weeks. i am now running a bigger turbo, precision intercooler along with an actual intake routed away from my radiator and dumptube.
if the numbers dont significanly improve my civic will be parted out, haha

Complete a boost leak test...
Complete a leakdown & compression test.
Also triple check your cam timing/timing belt to ensure everything is on par.

did you clock your turbo the new one ? and get a new downpipe made or because you are running a intake you just left it mind posting some pics ? and i dont even have ac in my car so i guess i could just turn it around .

ive did a compression test everything was great its a fresh motor also less then 2k on it
but i guess i should go out and buy the tools to do leakdown anyway i will try this and report back and timing is great been checked 3 times so far and s300 shows it being fine.

did you do the timing sync??? ive seen this hold a car back big time. Just sync'd the timing and gained 50+hp.

by syncing it i mean, in the top tabs there is a timing sync line, click it, and it disables the hondata timing adjustments, you set the distributor to the timing number given in the window on hondata, then click ok. hope this helps

the above timing sync is f-ing me too. my s200 doesnt have that option, and my timing @ the crank is like 12, while my hondata thinks it's 18. made only 254 @ 8lbs.

granted it seems your down on power.

but ~300whp in a 2400lb car is right around 115-118mph in the 1/4
