Default just got dyno got a question???

OK i just dyno my car and was wondering if i am making the right power. My set up is a 83mm benson sleeve b18c1, 9;1 cp piston, pauter rods, stage 4 head with stock gsr cams. Running a full race turbo kit with a t4/t67 turbo on 1000cc injectors with hondata s300 with boost by gear.

Got my car tune and made 540hp on 28 psi should i be making more horsepower??

you should be able to make a good bit more power at lower boost levels with some differant cams. the new cams will also give a much larger power "band"

it was on a mustang dyno runing 110 octane. Runing a skunk 2 intake manifold. A/F was at 11 to 12s

just to give you a quick comparison... ironically I have a 83mm benson sleeved itr block with 9:1 cp's/pauters and a stock itr head with a sc6152e... on pump gas it made 387 whp/270ft/lbs on a mustang dyno and on a dynopack it made 442whp/316ft/lbs on 2 LESS psi!

I would have to say you would most likely have made a good bit "more" power on another type of dyno. Most likely in the neighborhood of 600whp.

imho nice #'s!

like everyone here has said every dyno reads differently, the track never lies though. can you post a picture of the dyno graph. that skunk2 manifold is likely a big restriction in the upper rpms where a turbo that big will make the most power.

mustang dyno is the reason.... 28psi with that setup should be around 600+whp IMO
