Default low oil pressure, oil on hood, oil smell

I have a 92 Integra with a B18B2. When I start the car the oil pressure light will stay on for 30 secs. than go out. Before the oil light goes out I can hear the valves tick, then they quiet down right after the light goes out. Also, when the car is warm once in a while I will get a slight smell of oil burning and when you lift the hood there is oil spray directly above where the timing gears are. Does anyone know what is going on? I am stumped. I am also running 5W-30 synthetic.

Check you cam gear seals. As for a b18b2 never heard of it you mean a b18b1? Also look at your valve cover seal, Thats bad that its leaking oil by the timing belt cuase it could slip and destroy your engine.

Are you running a 5w-30 oil? Spray on the hood could be from a leaking valve cover gasket. A heavy oil would provide less lubrication on start up and you might hear a ticking. When is the last time you changed you oil?

also make sure you didnt put too much in, if you have oil all over the front of your hood, check the dipstick area see if its not coming out of there, when my mom lets the mechanic change her oil this happens, and its always well over the maximum fill line.

this is the oil spray that i am talking about

it seems to be coming off of the crank pulley that douse not bother me as much as the low oil pressure I can get that off with a degreser

it should bother you, if there is any oil on your timing belt it can slip (i think that was mentioned already tho) and foobar your engine into oblivion.

and if its coming off of the crank pulley, check all the seals around it, maybe even the oil pump gasket could be the problem, most likely since you have an oil press drop, or the seals around the pump? is there oil anywhere noticably on the block?

e: lemme see a pic of the side of your block

Probably crank seal, maybe cam seals.

I was looking in to the oil pump well started to I found that there was 3 bolts missing and all the rest where loose ok most likely found the leak but not having them tight will this course the oil pressure to run low for 30 sec or so when I start the car
