Default JRSC pulley help

I am wanting to change my pulley from my current 3.8 pulley which is pushing out 7lbs to a pulley that will be pushing 11lbs.

those with JRSC and pushing 11lbs, what is your pulley size?

any help would be great.

thanks

Don't go smaller than 3.8 or you'll start slipping that belt. Get a MVM stepper pulley or a bigger crank pulley. I'm running a stock 4.2 nose, MVM stepper, and stock crank. Before gutting my cat I was at 9lbs, after gutting it I lost half a pound to 8.5psi. Your exhaust can effect your boost.

I have not run my kit yet, but the previous owner of the kit was making right around ~11lbs with the Jackson 'high boost' crank pulley (5.75" if Im not mistaken) and the 3.8 Snout and stock JR stepper pulley.

One thing I think that most people need to remember about the pulley configs....These boost readings are not taken from the same boost guage which would bring a bit of marginal error into play.

Any suggestions for aftermarket throttle body size??? Found a good deal on a 68mm...

Only reason I ask is that the mythed Endyn blower S tube was ported to match a 65mm TB. Just wondering if a 65mm would be more beneficial....

Just some ideas Im kickin around atm.

i have the pulley question answered. thanks all

i guess its time to upgrade throttle body now haha.

i think its been by concensus that the bigger throttle body the better so time to start looking.

does anyone recommend a certain brand? never once looked at upgrading throttle bodies so do not really know what brand is good etc. one friend recommended JG Edlebrock

What size JG? I had a 65mm (still do actually, but storage) and the pulley on it didn't like the JRSC throttlecable bracket. If it's anything around that size you're better off getting your stock one sent to Maxbore.com. I was lucky to get my 70mm Blox TB almost brand new for $100 with tps and map sensors.

and yes car will go back to T1 to get tuned once my new pulley, throttle body, and clutch/flywheel are put in.
