so i have a b16a swap in my 2000 hatch. every time i put gas in it, it wont start, it'll turn over, and then die. then it starts right up. and every so often it takes forever to start, like its not getting fuel or something. anyone ever have an issue like this? idk what it is, and kinda want an idea of where the issue is before i start changing fuel pumps, filters, fuel rails and such
