Default Weird Issue Possibly Turbo Related

OK so my Turbo db7 has been acting up lately. It started Friday, I did about 30min of driving came home turned it off and then about 10min later I got back in it to go down the road to the convenient store. It almost sounded like a WRX with an exhaust (sorry but thats the best way I can explain it) real lumpy, acceleration was weak, it barely boosted, and it made the car shake on acceleration (enough to make the mirrors rattle a bit). So I came back and let it sit for the night. Bought new cap, rotor, ngk plugs. It didn't solve it. It seems like it's fine when the engine goes from a cold start and warms up but I turn it off and get back on the road and it happens again.

My next thought was the t3 inlet gasket. Upon inspection I found out I'm missing two bolts but evidently it's ran like that for a year now (I didn't do the Turbo setup). That's my next possible solution for this issue. My theory is that the manifold gets hot enough to pass the exhaust pressure out and make it run like that...but I don't think that would make the car shake and only do it when I turn it off warm and then back on?

Sorry if this looks like I'm rambling I'm just confused. I'm getting some 10x1.5mm bolts today to see if that takes care of the problem. Any other ideas? I'm kinda at a loss here

This is just for future reference in case anyone runs into this problem.

I *THINK* I figured it out. After purchasing a new coil ($95 from Honda) and a newer transistor ( i think thats what it's called) I still had the same damn problem. Back to the drawing board. After pulling the ignition wires while the car was running #2 didn't have any effect. After verifying spark was there I undid the clip to the DSM 440cc injector...Still nothing. Redid the wiring to the clip STILL THE SAME THING. I then removed ALL the Injectors and cleaned them using some gas and a paper towel. I then switched #1 and #2 Injectors and everything looks peachy! So it looks like I just had some dirty @ss Injectors (and they were). So far I've stopped and started back up with no issues for 6 times. Running on 4 cylinders is much better than 3 lol

sounds like you might have crappy injector(s). It could be leaking fuel or be shutting off entirely. Had a set venom injectors do that to me.
