Default horrible idle problem among other things

i decided a few weeks ago that i was tired of being stock and ordered a bunch of parts for my DA. Most of my parts arrived last week so I decided that today i would put them all in since it's my day off. I already had a JDM B20B swapped in. Among my new parts were a Skunk2 Intake Manifold, Megan Racing Header, and P2R intake manifold and throttle body intake spacers. I took my manifold out and soon figured out that my LS manifold did npt have the right fuel rail to transfer to my Skunk2 so couldn't install that. As a put the header in as i was tightening the last nut on the second part of the header the stud bent and i couldn't get it down all the way. Now I turn my car on and it is loud as hell. On top of that the idle stays at 1500 rpm and i cant get it down. Because i couldn't tighten down the header all the way my exhaust leaks. I have a stock 90 Ls throttle body and the thermal gasket that i used is for a 94-95 gsr.
Which one of my mods caused this **** idle??

I need help ASAP as this is my daily.

You should start by getting the stud on the exhaust out and replaced then the noise will go down. After that just change the parts back one by one till you find the offending part.

it was alot of work and i really dont want to put everything back one by one. I have a feeling that i got the wrong throttle body gasket does that sound very likely. as for the exhaust im getting custom piping made and maybe ill have them fis the bent stud.

That could do it if it is blocking off the wrong part of the throttle body or not blocking it off.

are 94-95 gsr throttle bodies the same as 90 ls's? or are their gaskets the same at least?

Should be similar did you compare them before you put it on. Also check all the vacuum hoses as this can be a reason for high idle.

the gsr gasket has a few more holes in it than the stock one im almost positive this is the issues. All vacuum lines are in as far as i can tell.

Then i would get the right gasket and try it again. Wont take that long to pull it off and put it back on to change the gasket.

i forgot to mention that my friend broke a bolt when he was taking off my intake manifold. Could that a vacuum leak and cause a high idle?

Did you replace the broken bolt with something similar?

i have never run a car missing one of the bolts for the throttle body so im not sure if that would make a difference. I doubt it since it does block anything off but it may not be seated right, equal pressure all the way around.

the bolt thats broken is for the intake manifold and it is stuck in the head. I also have a p2r thermal gasket and im hoping its not leaking. i really dont want to have to take off my intake manifold at this point.
