ok so i swapped my motor. i have a 94 accord ex. i swapped in a 96 obd1 h22a from a accord sir.
i did a rebuild on the motor with oem honda parts. new valve stem seal, had the valves lapped, valve job. i used my f22b1 harness and i believe to have everything wired correctly. im using a chipped p28 with h22 basemap. my motor is set to TDC i believe cam gears are pointed straight up crank is matched up with timing mark as well.
my problem is my car cranks but wont start. just keeps cranking. i checked my grounds. injector ground, and the one under the alternator. i got about 2 gallons of premium in the tank. and im trying to start the car in my driveway with the front on jackstands. could it be theres not enough gas.
do u guys have any ideas on what could be wrong causing me not to start. maybe give me some more bases to cover. thanks guys.

Have you checked to make sure that there is fuel and fire?
Check for spark.
Remove No. 1 spark plug and wire. ground the spark plug to the head or block and crank the engine over. If you see a blue/white spark between the electrode and ground strap you have spark. If you don't get a spark then you need to trouble shoot the ignition system.
Check fuel
Listen for fuel pump priming with the KOEO (Key On - Engine Off) If you do hear it prime and you still don't get it to start. Spray a little bit of starter fluid (gas) into the intake manifold. (Open throttle body and spray) Then give it a crank. If it stumbles a bit or starts then you know you have to trouble shoot the fuel system.

Check all your grounds again. I had the same problem after a motor swap, although it was an F22, but it would crank but not start. There was one ground that wasn't connected. I connected it and the engine fired right up.
The problem was that on the new engine they left everything, they just cut all the cords and cables. So there was the end of the old ground connected, so unless you looked close you couldn't see that the wire was cut about 3 inches down, so check both ends of your grounds.

ok im just in from working ön the car. My buddy was helping me out.
So i checked all grounds, all wires and connections.
And it just wont start. My timing is correct my plugs and wires are correct im getting fuel. Theres only 2 things i can think of. My ecu or the map thats on it is bad. Or my distributor is shot. Now ima have the shop that did my ecu check it for problems. Is there a way to c if my distributor is bad?

I just finished my H22a swap in my 95 accord. Mine had starting problems and it turned out to be a bad coil in the distributor. I highly recommend you follow the advise above and check to see if you have spark. That is what led me to check the distibutor. There are a few test you can run on the distributor. Its all in the helms manual. The coil is real easy to test. You check check the resistance of the primary and secondary coil. My secondary coil was reading like 12 ohms and the spec was 14-22. Once I changed the coil she fired right up!!!
