NOT building fuel PRESSURE, HELP
I just had the car rebuilt with a brand new block. Injectors, fuel filter, and fuel pump were also replaced.
I can't figure out why I am NOT building fuel pressure. When I crack the nut loose on the fuel filter, only a little bit of fuel comes out.
I can hear the walbro fuel pump on, so that can't be the problem...
Fuel filter was a possibility but it was replaced.
What else can the problem be?

Chances are the fuel pump was improperly installed or you have the wrong pump which sets the fuel pickup sock higher then it is supposed to be.
Take the assembly apart & examine it.

When I was on the dyno, the tuners friend dropped by and we took his FPR and swapped it with mine and we still had the same problem.
I have taken out the fuel pump out 2 times now to examine it. I don't see how it can be improperly installed because it is pretty easy. 2 Wire clips and a couple coupling clips. Ill probably take it out again today and see what part number is written on the fuel pump.
Is there a good chance that its the injectors? Can I test this by pulling out the clip and if the sound of the motor doesn't change, its the injectors?
