The sleeves will handle it as long as the motor is TUNED. I been turbo for over a year and no problems so far. You didn't specify what kind of turbo you have (brand) Normally with a 50 trim boost will start at 4000-4500, full boost around 5500, it all depends on your setup and tuning. Each car is different. Rev limit, don't pass 9000, my personal opinion.

Sounds like your typical B16 setup...

aftermarket sleeves will handle just anything except a terrible tune... you'll be good at 2bar with that setup...

The turbo isnt gonna spool(full boost) till atleast 5500... And redline should be set at about 9500... which is where you'll probably stop making power..

You injectors will probably limit you to about 375-400whp... Not positie on exactly how much tho... Someone else can chime in and give you a better estimate on the injectors...

Hope this helps...

would changing the compressor housing to something with an ar of .60 or.70 have an effect on spool up time?
i've been told that only exh housings can ultimately affect spool up

Might as well get 1000cc injector. Thye cost a little more but it will be worth it when your hp goal go up and you will need bigger injectors might as well just buy a good set.

I daily drive my car with 750cc RC. No problems yet. Winter can be a hassle once in a while but once the car warms up, it drives good.....
