So the other day heading home on the highway at about 70 all of a sudden something happened and it seemed like it lost power and wouldn't accelerate, I down shifted to 4th and still nothing on the throttle. So i start to pull off to the side and then out of nowhere the car kicked and sped back up like normal. So i get back on the highway and once again it seemed to loose power and then kicked back on. It did it 3 times, and by then i was already off the highway and it started driving fine after that. The only check engine light i have is the vss but it has been like that for a few months. I changed the sensor and it still didnt fix the problem, the tach works but no speedo. Does anyone know why i might have lost power like that, and any suggestions about the vss.
