Will this fit on my stock engine?

My engine is not a VTEC. Does this matter?

FYI: I have a 93 Accord EX Sedan w/ a 2.2L F22A6 I think? Automatic transmission.

 

Well, since nobody is replying to this I'll elaborate on the problem. The Honda which I call Nightmare has a serious issue and is no longer running. When I originally bought the car and tried to do a tune up plug number four would not come out. I couldn't even get the coil wire off. I took it to a shop and the mechanic ripped the coil wire trying to get it off and then I had to leave it with him while he tried to cut away the remains and get the spark plug out. After that, some other douche swapped my head and heater core. I don't think he knew what he was doing. I noticed that my ride seemed to be misfiring so I got under there and started checking plugs, then I realized that the same one in number four was cranked in there pretty rough and the coil wire wasn't pushed down all the way like the others. It turned out that the socket in the head was stripped and mashed to hell. After trying to get the damn spark plug out, it's stuck and just spins in there. I'm pretty sure it's worthless at this point.

If I do a head swap will this resolve my issue with the fourth plug? I'm sure I'll want to check stuff in there and replace rings maybe? As an added bonus, after I realized the thing was done for, I tried to turn it over anyways and some nice blackish smoke came up out of the fourth cylinder from under the plug and the coil wire jumped up.

Thoughts?
