Default Spark Plug Wire Question?

Okay so mine are old and starting to decay pretty much lol.
So I was wondering if the MSD 8.5mm wires for 102 bucks is worth it over the Bosch 7mm wire for 47 bucks? Some people tell me go with the bigger wire, some people say no difference, just better fuel economy, and some people say no difference unless I'm boosted? I need opinions, I tried searching it before somebody says something and didn't see anything on the first page and just decided to post this.

So my only two options are Bosch 7mms for 47 bucks or MSD 8.5mms for 102.

Then have them order some, or order some from Majestic. Sometimes waiting is better.

I'm only on 3 cylinders right now, I pulled the cover off yesterday just to check the plugs and the wire broke off inside the spark plug chamber.

Stay away from aftermarket ignition system products.

Bosch wires are junk, ask me how I know. If you can't wait the day it takes Honda to order and receive a set of wires get a set of NGK wires, they're the next best thing.

This usually happens when the motor is still warm so the rubber boots are very mailable and stretch causing them to come loose when you try to remove them. You can remove the piece that cam off and reattach as a temporary fix.

It usually happens when using crappy aftermarket wires. OEM Honda wires and NGK wires don't do that.

I did have a set of honda wires do it, and they weren't that old, just one wire the boot came off, but a honda mechanic I think was at fault, he didn't screw 2 of plugs in tight.

You have to be careful when pulling wires off it is a tight fit, a little twist and pull from the top, many mechanics I have seen do it just yank the crap out of them.
