Default Swapping motor NEED OPINIONS

I got a 94 Del Sol SI.

This is gonna be my pride and joy! I am gonna completely tear it apart and rebuild it. Enough said ahah

I am looking into motor options, and so far I have found (what i believe) to be the most efficient for boost and easiest as well..

Here is what I have been thinking about.

B16 Vtec
B18b1 (outta an acura integra ls)
or leave the D16z6 w/boost

So my power goals are somewhere around 275-325 WHP...

Let me know your guy's input on this, and any opinions and other options would be greatly appreciatted.

What is easiest and best for boost?

What am I gonna have to do internally to the engine to achieve these power amounts and how to make it "safe"

Thanks

i would move this to fi, but i would lock it there also.

look in the fi forum and see at the top there is a faq section.
there are also d series, b16, and ls mega threads. look around there and you will find your answers.
