Everytime I turn my car on I can press the clutch pedal and go through gears like butter. But after like 2 times of engaging and disengaging the clutch, it will not go into gear AT ALL.

It has a new clutch ( 4 puck sprung)
New slave cylinder
And a newer but not new master cylinder.(came off a friends car runnign perfect)

The problem has fazed everyone I know and NOBODY can figure it out. What can it possibly be ? I need help honda tech!

 

hows the freeplay, and if you rest your foot on the pedal, does it sink?

 

When did you last change your transmission fluid?
Do you have clutch chatter when your clutch engages?
Did you change the flywheel when you did the clutch?
Did you replace the shift fork, throwout bearing, pilot bearing, or any other parts when replacing the clutch?
Did you bleed the clutch and replace it with the proper DOT3 fluid?

When it doesn't go into gear does it grind or will the clutch pedal just not go to the floor?

Answer these and we might be able to help....

 

it just doesnt go into gear when i try to put it in gear. its already done the same thing with two different trannys. ive bled it a million times and i dont know what it could be. im starting to lean towards the clutch master cylinder... i have everything new except that. please any suggestions could help
