Default Need help identifying black water spots...?

I washed my car yesterday with the mr clean auto dry for the first time. The thing is... after i washed my car i had to take off somewhere for awhile and so i left it there to dry. (It's supposed to dry and leave with a spot free finish...) When i got back my car was still wet and it left some black spots all over the car. I thought water spots are supposed to be white but these are black spots. Some sort of mineral...

Just wandering what the best way to get these off. Should i just do another car wash? or would heavier measures have to do? (clay bar, polish, wax...?) Thank in advance...

clay bar for sure. one question, do you have any kind of water treatment at your house like a softner or anything? I have one and i was going through the mr clean filters like crazy, and after some reading i found out that was the problem. So my dad and i re-routed some plumbing with vavles to bypass the system for when we do the cars and the filters are working much better and no spots
