Default Clutch Problem

I have a 92 cx hatch with a z6 swap. I went to get in my car today after parking it this morning and i went to press my clutch pedal and it was already on the floor. I brought it back up with my hand and tried pressing it again and it sunk and stayed to the floor. I replaced the slave cylinder and bled the clutch but still the same problem. clutch fluid is ok. What else can it be?

The clutch master cylinder is most likely out.

Is that what gives it the spring back action?

Either that, or the clutch fork is broken, or there's air in the system. Most likely the master cylinder though. You can check if it's leaking on the interior by the clutch pedal.

Fail english? Wow that was hard to read.

Your seal for your clutch master cylinder is wore out most likely. looks up under the dash to where the clutch goes through the firewall and look to see if the piston is greasy. it problaly lost all its pressure so 'spring' back up.
