Default Overheating Issue?

Hey hope someone can help!

I have a 92 CX Civic, its got a Type R B16B engine swap, CTR Head and ITR bottom (b18c5)

Today was a pretty hot day 30+ degrees, I was driving around in the city a lot and the car was getting really hot, I am not sure if my fan was turning on or not. I have a feeling it wasn't.

My readings were 175 degrees water temp, and 220 degrees for my oil temp, is this way to hot or is this normal?
