Need help, did ISB and now car won't go into reverse!

Need help, did ISB and now car won't go into reverse!
Changed out the ISB via directions located in the FAQ. I lined up the shift interlock & when I reassembled the car it wouldn't go into reverse. It went into all the other gears, but the tranny felt notchy and sticky. Any ideas??
