What's this buzzing noise?

You guy's gotta help me... I'm growing gray hair over this.
Seems right after I installed my DC 4-1 header. (noise not comming from heatshields.) It buzzes loudly only at 4300 rpm. (80mph 5th gear)
I had someone rev while I listened, and I can't tell where it's coming from... could that metal gasket be vibrating?
errrr! help please!

do you have an upgraded fuel pump? could be that...

No, It's much louder, and sharper, like a marble vibrating against metal.

exhaust resonance? Mine does that at 2000 rpm...

Check your header bracket. My DC 4-1 did this to my bracket and it was rattling at specific RPMs as well.

just an opinion: Did you check the heat sheild on your cat. My rattles at 4000 rpm. I know you said it came from after the header install, but maybe a new problem arose.
