B16 Build
Use-Spirited country road driving, weekend car, autocross, and the occasional drag race
Car-1999 HB Civic, right now it is my DD, but it will be stripped eventually.
All motor or Turbo- JDM B16
All Motor setup- 84mm sleeved block(want the 1.74 rod to stroke ratio)
12.1 compression on 93
Skunk2 pro1's (in the mean time going to buy blox b's with retainers while i have stock compression)
Replica Hytech Header
AEM short ram
Skunk2 pro series manifold with 65mm throttle body or ITB's
NX wet 50 shot (for drag strip)
Turbo- 84mm sleeved
10.0 compression forged pistons (want NA power when waiting for the turbo to spool)
eagle rods
turbonetics t3t4 50 trim 15 LBS of boost or so (whatever will let me hit 300whp)
wet 100 shot nitrous
Tuning on ECtune regardless
I just want something that has good throttle response, fun street and track car, I would like to be able to hit low twelves in the quarter.
Comments from turbo and all motor guys, thanks.

From: Howcome we park on driveways, and drive on parkways?
so what is the point of this thread? just letting us know what you plan on doing? asking if we agree with your setup?
personally, i HATE nitrous, it will eventually destroy your motor. build it right and there is no need for nitrous. If your going to spend all that $$$ why a b16? stop shootin at numbers...build what you feel you will enjoy and be happy with...if you hit 260 whp and its reliable and you have a blast driving it, would you be disappointed cause you didnt hit 300?
alot of the things you have listed need alot more components to compliment what your doing....its gets expensive REALLY quick....dont buy the same thing twice...(ex. the cams and retainers) dp it right the first time and save.....gl
