Default AEM ems users that have JRSC. POST HERE!

I posted this in the engine management and tuning forum but no replies. So I'm posting it here.

I'd really like to find out who has what and who may be able to share some base maps. I'd also like to know your thoughts with the AEM ems and if you are happy with choosing it over another Engine Management System.

What if I can get one for the same price as the s300?? and I don't think they make the s200. Anyone want to correct me?

Then yes but its still not nessarry, the aem stand alone is great dont get me wrong its just $900+ is too much for me im still using my s100 on my built gsr with jrsc, and the s200 is still available. save the money and get some more goodies.

Okay, well I still would like to find someone that has this setup becuase I've had the aem ems before and loved it. I'm pretty set on getting it and would like to get some base maps so my car will run before I get it to a tuner.

Thanks tho for your posts.

How did you learn to street tune by yourself?? Is there any good write ups where someone with basically no experiance can learn?

Like others said AEM is a bit much for a simple jrsc setup. If you were going all out and trying to make big power then i would suggest it, but otherwise i don't see the need.

I've already bought it. I got a pretty good deal IMO. I would have paid more if I could but I got it for $500. So, I think I did okay considering. I just really want a base map to start tuning from.

Can you get a decent tune that way? Obviously not as good as on a dyno.
