Default Anybody running an ITR rear sway on their Ex?

I have a 96 Civic Ex Coupe, and I was thinking about getting an ITR rear lower sway bar. I would also be getting a Beaks kit to help reinforce the sub-frame. Is there anything else I would need to get to make this work? I heard some people have exhaust clearance issues. I have stock exhaust. Thanks

Is that pretty much the same setup for the 6th generations? Also, would I need the GSR lower control arms to perform this task?

you will need lower control arms from a 99-2000 Civic DOHC Si. The 6th gen and 5th gen lca geometries are different.
******edit, I was incorrect on the 6th gen info as noted below *******

You will need 94-2001 Integra GSR lower control arms (lca's). 94-95 DOHC Vtec DelSol lca's will also work for your 5th gen Civic.

PS. Dogpile5, nice write up and photos

No you don't.

The only time you need to use Si LCAs is when you put the Si front sway bar on any of the lower models.

96-up LCAs are predrilled...you shouldn't need SI rear arms.

Ahhh, OK thanks for setting me strait.......that figures I would be wrong about 6th gens. I really should have only spoke for the 5th gen info. Thanks Fowler.

Does replacing the LCA's on my 95 ej have to do with the weakness of them...or the reinforcement kit for the subframe and all it's components? AND IF I DONT REPLACE THEM??

No, it has nothing to do with the integrity of the LCA.
The only reason, there are predrilled holes for the sway bar.
Makes it a lot easier
