do you have it enable on the hondata?
heres a link to hook vtec up. http://www.ff-squad.com/tech/wiring/wiring.92-95.jpg

yeah thats the diagram I got off of phearable but all the other say different. It should be enabled when we had it on the dyno we had it hooked up to a switch because it wasnt engaging so we did push button vtec....I cant find the problem though in the wiring.
also do your IAP andEVAP have to be hooked up in order for vtec to kick in as well I think they are good cuz like I said when we did push button it worked fine

I just looked at the S300 it says P06 if that means anything I know that is a diffrent ECU I think Im going to re wire the vtec from the passenger side shock plug in the engine bay....what is pressure switch supposed to be grounded too???
Im going to open the ecu up today sinse it says p06 and make sure it has vtec what exactly am I looking for though is it a resistor or a chip or what>>>>Im goin to research now
Trending Topics
you can send it to chris and he can check over it all and vtec chip it if its not

did u ever find =out y vtec wont crack?? i have the same issue with my h22 swap on eg.. i got everything hook up all the wires and everything... but revs tru 7 tho but let me know if u had it fix
i didnt get a chance to open it up today Im 3mile run 2 hour muay thai session...I wanna make sure I have all the ESD stuff before I hook it up so I wont damage anything...If there is no vtec Ill prolly send it out or have one of the RADAR guys solder the chip in sinse they deal with that stuff all day
if it is a p06, unless it has had the vtec components added, you need to wire in a relay and use one of the outputs to crossover. this should be covered in the help file. im saying that because i havent used a p06. and never set one up. but you can use a relay instead of adding the vtec components.
anybody have a pic of what a p28 board looks like with the vtec hardware and a p06 board looks like I tried researchin and Im not finding anything that explains what is what just a bunch of resistors diodes and chips
IS THIS RIGHT????
okay re thinking this it would be easier to use the relay
With the S300 non-VTEC ECUs may use an alternate output (ACC, FANC etc) to activate the VTEC solenoid so what power source does the relay get hooked up to
